Behind the app is Apturn, a team that looks after its clients' WooCommerce stores every day. Woo Ops grew out of those stores' recurring problems: the WordPress admin is unusable on a phone, and problems do not wait until you are back at your desk.

Questions and answers
Does Woo Ops require a WordPress plugin?
No. The app connects through a secure connection built into every WooCommerce store: in your admin you create a special app-only password with one click and paste it into Woo Ops. Notifications work without a plugin too.
The free Woo Ops Connect plugin is optional and shortens exactly one thing: instead of retyping a twenty-four character password on your phone, you scan a QR code. That is all it does. (Plugin page in Polish.)
How is Woo Ops different from the official WooCommerce app?
The official app shows data. Woo Ops organizes work: it sorts orders by risk, works with no internet, every status change can be undone, inventory has a barcode scanner, and Pro computes margin after refunds. Plus many stores in one app, and data flows straight from your store.
How many stores can I connect?
There is no limit, also on the Free plan. Growth is not punished: you buy Pro once, per user, not per store.
What works without internet access?
Almost everything. You browse orders, products, stock and statistics from the last connection. Changes (statuses, stock fixes, notes) are saved on the phone and sent automatically once you are back online.
Does it work with my WooCommerce plugins?
Core WooCommerce data (orders, products, stock, customers, discount codes) works regardless of installed plugins. Fields added by extra plugins are not editable from the app on day one; support for the most popular ones is added gradually.
Which devices does Woo Ops run on?
Android 8 or newer and iOS 16 or newer, phone and tablet. The Pro plan covers one account on up to 3 devices, so a phone, a tablet and a backup count as one.
Does my store password reach Woo Ops servers?
No. The special app-only password stays encrypted on your phone. The phone talks to your store directly, with no middleman.
Does Woo Ops see my customers' data?
The core of the app connects your phone directly to your store. Orders and customer data flow from WooCommerce to the app and nowhere else. We keep no copy of your database.
If you enable cloud features (AI, team, reports), the server receives only summary numbers, such as sales totals, with no names or addresses. You see the scope before enabling.
Does AI receive customer data?
No. AI receives only summary numbers, with no customer addresses or note contents by default. It runs only when you enable it yourself.
How do I buy Pro, and will I get an invoice?
You buy a Pro or Agency subscription in the app via Google Play or the App Store, monthly or yearly. Before paying you can try Pro for 14 days without a card: after the trial you return to Free, nothing renews on its own. A VAT invoice is available from your account. Cancel anytime, access lasts until the end of the paid period.
What happens when I move from Pro back to Free?
Nothing is lost. Pro features switch off, but your configuration (product costs, alert rules, saved filters) is kept and comes back when you return to Pro. Daily store operations on Free keep working, with no time limits.
What exactly does AI do, and can it break anything in my store?
It cannot. Revenue, margins and refunds are calculated by the app itself, the same way every time. AI only explains those numbers and shows where they came from. Changes (a refund, a price change, a reorder) can at most be prepared by AI, and you always confirm before anything happens.
